Drain and sewer specialist · Sanford, Florida

If it keeps backing up, something is wrong further down the line.

We run a sewer camera on every callout and show you the footage. You get a fixed price before the work starts, and it does not move unless you agree to new work. Most callouts are cleared the same day.

Prices from

What we do, and what it costs to start

These are starting prices for a straightforward job at a normal address in Sanford. A camera usually tells us within about fifteen minutes which one you are looking at.

Drain clearing

Blocked sinks, tubs, showers, and floor drains cleared with a proper machine rather than a bottle of acid.

From $149

Sewer line camera

A camera down the line and a written report, so you know whether the problem is a blockage, a bellied pipe, or roots.

From $199

Hydro jetting

High-pressure water clears grease, scale, and root intrusion from the line without digging up the yard.

From $395

Emergency callout

Overflowing or backing up right now. We answer the phone and quote the dispatch fee before we set off.

From $175

Water heater

No hot water, a pilot that will not hold, or a tank that is past its service life.

From $225

Something else

Not on this list, and not sure whether we are the right fit? Call anyway. We will tell you honestly either way rather than book a visit to find out.

Prices exclude parts. If the camera finds something we did not expect, we stop and re-quote before touching anything.

No surprises

How a callout works

Four steps, and you know where you stand at each one.

  1. You call or send the form

Tell us what is happening and roughly where. Sixty seconds is enough to start.

  2. Fixed price, before we start

You get a number on the phone, not an estimate range. That number does not move unless you agree to new work.

  3. Camera first

We run the line and show you the footage. You will see the blockage, the roots, or the bellied pipe.

  4. Work, then a written report

Twenty-four month workmanship warranty and a report with photographs the same day.

Why the camera comes first

A blockage is a symptom. The cause is somewhere else.

Most plumbers clear a drain, the water runs, and nobody looks at why it backed up in the first place. Roots, a low spot in the pipe, or a collapsed section will come back, and the second callout costs more than the first one would have.

That is the whole difference here, and it comes down to four habits:

  • Every callout carries a sewer camera. It goes down the line before anyone opens a wrench, so you are told what is actually wrong instead of guessing.
  • The price is fixed before the work starts. If the camera finds something we did not expect, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
  • One van, one plumber, no subcontracting. You speak to the person who does the work.
  • A written report goes to you the same day, with photographs of whatever we found.

Tell us what is happening and we will reply within one business day. If water is moving somewhere it should not be, call instead.

How urgent is this?

Whichever you answer fastest.

Where should we send someone?

We need this to dispatch. Do not include your gate code in a web form.

Which drain, when it started, and whether it has happened before. That is genuinely all we need to quote it.

Backing up right now?

Overflowing or sewage coming up through the floor. Call and we will tell you the dispatch fee before anyone sets off.
